1. Who we are

Akhoss, the trade name of Lauermed Inova Simples (I.S.), CNPJ 68.938.229/0001-05, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. For any privacy matter, contact us at akhoss@akhoss.com.

2. What data we collect

Launch list: name, email, country, WhatsApp (optional) and, only if you authorize it, the area where you feel pain.

Contact form: name, email, country, phone (optional), profile (for example, health professional or investor) and your message.

We also record the date and time of submission and the language of the page used.

3. How we use it

To notify you about the launch and news about the Akhoss patch; to reply to messages sent through the contact form; and to measure interest in the product by country and type of pain, in internal, aggregated studies.

We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Health data

Information about where you feel pain is considered sensitive personal data under the LGPD. We only use it if you give specific authorization by ticking the dedicated box on the form. Without that authorization, this information is not stored.

5. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (art. 7, I, and art. 11, I, of the LGPD), which you may withdraw at any time.

6. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to run the website: Google (storage of sign-ups in a spreadsheet) and Hostinger (website hosting). These services may store data on servers outside Brazil, with protection safeguards compatible with the LGPD.

We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

7. How long we keep it

Until the product launches and for up to 24 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

8. Your rights

At any time you may: confirm whether we process your data; access it; correct it; request its deletion; withdraw your consent; and find out who we share it with. Just write to akhoss@akhoss.com. We will reply within 15 days.

You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or the data protection authority of your country.

9. Security

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the data and protection against automated submissions. No system is completely immune to failures, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log technical access data such as your IP address.

11. Minors

The forms on this website are intended for people aged 18 or over.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
